MGM Mirage has made three key executive appointments as it continues its international growth plan. David Van Kalsbeek has been promoted to executive vice president of sales and marketing. He will oversee international brand development, customer communications and recognition programs, global sales and advertising and marketing. Van Kalsbeek joined MGM Mirage in 2002 as senior vice president of sales and marketing for MGM Grand Las Vegas. Other appointments include Stuart Fearnley to executive vice president of development, design and construction, and Tobias Mattstedt to senior vice president of development and operations. (DE)
