NEST Launches Promotion to Home-Based Agents

Home-based travel agents can attend the NEST FEST “fiesta” annual conference in Mexico next month for free when they take advantage of a preferred supplier incentive booklet of promotions that were created exclusively for them. Some of the participating suppliers are Globus, GOGO, Holland America Line and Royal Caribbean International, offering incentives such as bonus commissions, gift cards, and a chance to win a 2-day cruise.

“With these special incentives, NEST agents can quickly recoup the cost to travel to Mexico,” said Kathryn Mazza-Burney, president of NEST. “Once there, they’ll pick up new strategies and innovative ideas to give their businesses a boost. Everyone is a bit cautious today in response to economic stresses, but it’s in an environment just like this that business owners can decide to pull back in fear or tackle the issues with a fresh approach and intention to create even more profits.  We encourage our agencies to choose the second option, along with us at NEST FEST.”

NEST agents, preferred suppliers and staff representatives will gather for the event at the Occidental Grand Xcaret in Mexico, November 13-16.

Some of the industry’s top speakers will present practical sessions giving critical information and tips about how to thrive in the current economy.  In-depth workshops will be offered on the full line of NEST products, technology and services. A preferred supplier trade show will foster face-to-face meetings and networking.

In addition, GOGO will host the Friday evening kick-off beach party, complete with live Mariachi music and a night of fun surprises. And on Saturday evening, the Golden Egg Awards will be presented to the top-producing NEST agents at a festive “negro y blanco” (black and white attire) party.

NEST is also offering a two-night pre-fam to Cancun and the Maya Riviera— including deluxe stays at either the Paradisus Riveria Cancun or the Excellence Riveria Cancun— will be sponsored by NEST preferred supplier Travel Impressions.
