New Executive Chef for Little Dix Bay

Little Dix Bay, a Rosewood Resort located on Virgin Gorda in the British Virgin Islands, announced Eric Brunel as the beachfront property's new executive chef. Brunel's background includes positions at a number of high-profile resort restaurants throughout the Caribbean. Brunel will oversee all dining operations, including menu creation at The Pavilion, Sugar Mill and Beach Grill restaurants, in-suite dining and special events.
