New Luxury Certification Program Launched

CruiseOne & Cruises Inc. has officially launched a new luxury certification program. The program, which was introduced to 20-plus franchise owners and agents attending the Luxury Travel Expo in Las Vegas earlier this month, provides members of the network with industry recognition they need in order to be seen as true luxury experts, as well as comprehensive luxury cruise market insights and sales skills.

“We are very excited about the future opportunity and growth within the luxury segment for cruising, and travel in general,” said Drew Daly, vice president of sales performance for CruiseOne & Cruises Inc. “Today’s luxury travelers are yearning for more inclusive and experiential options. As a result, there is more capacity for niche product, such as luxury cruising.”

Phase one includes training and certification as a Leisure Specialist (LS) within the Travel Institute. Phase two offers more extensive product training by the industry’s top luxury cruise and land suppliers. Phase three focuses primarily on Cruise Lines International Association’s (CLIA) luxury certification learning track.

CruiseOne & Cruises Inc. said they will offer this new certification program to the network’s top 100 luxury sellers, as determined by their overall sales.
