NYC & Company, the tourism-marketing agency for New York City, is reigniting its third-night-free promotion this winter with 10 luxury hotels in Manhattan. From January 11 to February 29, guests who book two consecutive nights at such hotels as the Hotel Plaza Athenee, Jumeirah Essex House and the Mandarin Oriental in New York will receive a complimentary third night's stay. The hotels belong to NYC & Company's "Signature Collection" of luxury hotels.
