One&Only Resorts has appointed James Scott general manager of One&Only Ocean Club in the Bahamas. Previously, Scott was the general manager who oversaw the opening of the Discovery at Marigot Bay in St. Lucia, which earned an AAA four-diamond rating during his tenure.
