OpenTravel Reports Successful First Few Months

OpenTravel CRM, which provides web-based marketing and back-office technology for travel agencies, says it has attracted more than 2,000 users in a little over four months since its launch. OpenTravel CRM offers agencies free use of travel software. Its business model is based on travel suppliers delivering advertising and offers straight to the agent's desktop.

Joseph Mazzarella, president and CEO of Travel Sciences, which developed OpenTravel CRM, says, "We are very gratified with the exceptional growth we have experienced. Travel suppliers are using the system to effectively reach their channel partners."

OpenTravel CRM was designed to help agents organize, maintain and expand their business. "It helps facilitate the growth of existing and new customer relationships by knowing those customers better, understanding what they like and bringing them products that they want," says Mazzarella. "It also has a set of easy-to-use marketing and selling tools that can be used every day to grow the business. Visit http://www.opentravelcrm.com. (GD)
