Luxury Travel Exchange International is just a few weeks away and I hope you are ready for what will be the most productive event of your year. Meeting someone and forging relationships are the top reasons attendees visit.

For those of you in our Platinum Program, I know you have just finished scheduling your Exchange Appointments. Make sure to login to LTX Connect to plan your show including building a personal map of supplier booths you want to visit, educational opportunities you want to sit in on and colleagues you want to meet.

The conference program we have planned for you is like no other. We have geared sessions during the different job functions available in the travel advisor community: Front-line Advisor, Owner/Manager and Independent Contract. Remember these are merely suggestions and are in place to help you plan. You are welcome to sit in on any session that interests you; pre-registration is not required. Adding to your planner just gives you an idea as to what you want to do while in Las Vegas for LTX.

Also on the docket of the conference program are our popular Product Knowledge Sessions, Fast-Track to Luxury modules and the Social Hour. During our Product Knowledge sessions you can learn from key supplier partners including AMResorts, Down Under Answers and Japan National Tourism Organization

Tuesday, November 27, at 2:30 p.m., learn from AMResorts, North America’s fastest growing luxury leisure resort company and how you can tap into this brands’ successful sales, marketing and brand management services by offering high quality Endless Privileges®, Unlimited-Luxury® and Unlimited-Fun® vacations. Plan to attend this session to get insider secrets from the fresh spirit and innovative thinking of their entrepreneurial organization.

Down Under Answers and their Australia and New Zealand partners will showcase “Luxury Down Under? It’s Time for Some Answers!” on Tuesday, November 27th from 10 a.m.-12 p.m. “G’day Mate!” is the greeting you hear as you are whisked away from your Sydney Harbor hotel with view of Sydney Opera House and Harbor Bridge. Then step into your four wheel drive tour of the Blue Mountains where you will enjoy a coffee with kangaroos and cockatoos and take in some breathtaking Australian scenery. During this session, they will uncover how you can get that experience for your clients from Australia and New Zealand.

Take a step into Japan’s unique, luxurious cultural experiences and scenic visitor destinations from the Japan National Tourism Organization on Tuesday from 2-3:30 p.m. During “Japan: Endless Discovery” learn from representatives about the country’s rejuvenating hot springs, thousand year old shrines, and savory local delicacies—along with its dedication to impeccable service and great hospitality. You will hear about the latest news and information, such as about The Tokyo Skytree and The Setouchi International Art Festival. As always Mt. Fuji stands majestic in the heartland of Japan. Explore the tropical Islands of Okinawa as secret diving spots and more.
