Jack Richards was named president and CEO for Pleasant Holidays, effective August 1. The announcement was made Tuesday by Tim Irwin, the outgoing president and CEO of Pleasant Holidays. Richards' 20 years of management experiences includes his most recent post as senior vice president of product marketing and strategy at Hotels.com, as well as president and CEO of The Leisure Company, which operated the America West Vacations brands. "Pleasant Holidays has been a premier travel provider leading the industry for nearly 50 years and I am committed to working with Jack to ensure the Pleasant Holidays record of success continues in the future," Irwin said in statement.
