Jay Rein is leaving Worldspan, where has been vice president of e-commerce, to become president of TravelWorm, an online seller of discount leisure travel. TravelWorm, based in Las Vegas, sells hotels, vacation packages, flights, cruises and car rentals, with a lowest-rate guarantee. It pays commission of 10 to 12 percent.

"We're very excited to have Jay on board," said Benjamin Rafter, TravelWorm's CEO. "His added leadership will enable us to fully take advantage of both internal and external opportunities."Prior to Worldspan, Rein had worked at American Airlines, Motorola and AT&T, among other companies. (AO)
