Results! Travel Marks 10th Anniversary with New Marketing Tools

Results! Travel unveiled Preferred Membership by Results! Travel, a new offering designed to assist members to grow their existing business travel sales and to help those who want to diversify by establishing themselves in the business travel sales marketplace.  The new program offers agents tools, training, programs and support. The program was announced at the Results! Travel’s National Meeting now underway at the Planet Hollywood Resort & Casino in Las Vegas. More than 300 members – a record – are attending the event.

"Many of our agencies told us that they’re looking to change their mix of business and have indicated a growing need for more business travel management tools – while those agencies already in the business travel space are looking to become more competitive," explained Results! Travel Vice President and General Manager John Risner. "[Preferred Membership by Results! Travel program] is essentially a tool box of business travel management resources that have been proven to help agencies, of wide-ranging sizes, grow their sales and become more profitable in servicing business travel clientele."

Preferred Membership by Results! Travel will provide participating members with tools and templates necessary to be successful in business travel management; training opportunities which will include basic and advanced business travel sales; account management and proposal writing; and RFP responses and exclusive discounts on business travel focused products and services.

One of the key components of this program is the Resource Library, Results! says.  Accessible via a specially designed, password-protected extranet site for those enrolled in the program, the library contains samples and templates of: presentations, letters, business plans, procedures cost analysis worksheets and pricing matrix.

"Another, potentially more important, aspect incorporates the tools necessary for our agencies to analyze the business and gauge the profitability of each potential new business travel client," added Risner.
