Royal Caribbean International is unveiling the next phase of its University of Wow agent-training program with new online modules and re-launching Seminar at Sea, which gives agents more specific ways to sell cruises.
The revamped Seminar at Sea onboard training program teaches agents many selling techniques, including the art of upselling their customers. The program also allows agents to experience a Royal Caribbean cruise firsthand.
The second phase of University of Wow unveils new training modules that will help travel agents strengthen their knowledge about things such as world geography, shore excursions and cruise tours; acquire new business; and manage groups sailing with Royal Caribbean.
