Nexion reports it has been named by Royal Caribbean International as the cruise line’s Home-Based Partner of the Year. The award was formally presented to Nexion President Jackie Friedman at Nexion’s Irving, TX, headquarters.

“This recognition belongs to all of our Nexion agents focused on marketing, training, and sales efforts to grow their business on Royal Caribbean. It also belongs to our dedicated cruise group team, our strategic sales coaches, and was made possible in part because of our supplier marketing, training, and business development programs,” Friedman said.

Royal Caribbean International honors its top-performing travel partners in various categories in which they have made significant contributions to Royal Caribbean’s overall success throughout the past year.

Vicki Freed, senior vice president of sales, trade support and services, Royal Caribbean International commented: “Our Loyal to You Always commitment to our valued travel agent community is about building strong relationships, and Nexion has exemplified the meaning of partnership."

“The accolades we have received from so many supplier partners consistently demonstrate Nexion’s commitment to continuing to grow our business and that of our home-based agents through the many strategic partnerships we greatly value,” Friedman added.
