Signature Travel Network, a member owned travel cooperative, reports the launch of its new ‘FIRST’ hotel sales marketing program. The new program seeks to drive sales and generate awareness for soon-to-open properties or major re-openings of existing hotels, Signature reports.
The launch hotel for the ‘FIRST’ program is El Encanto by Orient-Express, in Santa Barbara CA, slated to reopen in March of 2013.
El Encanto is being restored and will feature 92 California-styled bungalows with views of Santa Barbara and the Pacific Ocean.
Ignacio Maza, Signature’s Executive Vice President said. “ We have an ambitious plan under development to support the reopening of this very unique property, including electronic and print consumer marketing, communications, sales training for our front-line consultants, and more.”
Signature Travel includes 214 member agencies with 414 retail locations throughout USA and Canada. Collectively, Signature members generate over $5 billion in annual travel sales.
