Signature Travel Network has concluded its annual Sales Meeting & Trade Show. At the event's closing lunch, Signature announced that 2016 will be a full year of celebration in honor of the network’s 60th Anniversary.

Incorporated in 1956, Leisure Tours, Inc. began as a small southern California co-operative. Leisure Tours became Leisure Travel Group in 1996 and $1 billion in annual sales by 2000. The goal of $1 billion annual sales was accomplished in 2000. Leisure Travel Group was re-branded as Signature Travel Network in 2004 and an office was opened in New York City. By 2006 annual sales had doubled to $2 billion. Sales had doubled again to $4 billion by 2009, and steady growth continued at the rate of $500,000 annually to total $7 billion in annual sales in 2015. In the past twenty-five years, Signature Travel Network has grown five times over, now including 202 member agencies with 447 retail locations in the United States, Canada, Brazil, and New Zealand.
