Singapore Scores Number One in 2009 East West Global Index

The results are in for the 2009 East West Global Index 200, which ranks the brand perception of 200 countries and major territories and for the second year running Singapore takes first.

The Top 10 list includes:

1. Singapore
2. New Zealand
3. South Korea
4. Ireland
5. Hong Kong
6. Ghana
7. South Africa
8. Malaysia
9. United Kingdom
10. Canada

The bottom 10 countries with the worst brand perception include Pakistan, Iraq, Afghanistan, Mexico, Palestine, Somalia, Iran, Sudan, Israel and Yemen.
