Travel Agent is on location aboard the Oasis of the Seas this week as the largest ship in the world hosts Vacation.com's 14th International Conference & Trade Show, truly symbolizing the theme of this year's conference, "Think Big".
The conference kicked off Saturday, May 5, as the Oasis set sail from Ft. Lauderdale en route to to the Bahamas, St. Thomas and St. Maarten. Over 1200 travel professionals are aboard, rivaling any land conference Vacation.com has hosted in the past. "This year's conference sets the standard as the ultimate travel industry event," said Vacation.com President John Lovell. "We're bringing our members all the great features they expect from Conference, plus a lot more, and we're doing it onboard the largest cruise ship in the world.
This year's Conference at sea includes over 100 training sessions, five general sessions, including two industry executive panels, its Power Speaker sessions and the Preferred Supplier and Destination Trade Show.
