Southwest Airlines and RD2 have launched the first-ever official corporate blog in the airline industry. Called "Nuts About Southwest," the blog, located at [http://blogsouthwest.com], features posts from Southwest employees at all levels of operations and management. Southwest says it also wants to give its customers a platform to speak about the brand.
