Travel Planners International (TPI) has partnered with Career Quest Training, an online travel school, in an effort to bring quality travel agents into the travel industry. TPI, a host agency servicing independent contractors and travel agencies, says the educational program is a cost-effective way to gain business and industry knowledge.
"I am very excited about our partnership with Career Quest Training as it will help to bring new travel agents into the industry that are quality professionals that know how to invest in themselves to ensure their successful growth," said Kim Sherrett, senior director of business development for TPI.
The Career Quest Training Program allows a student to work at their own pace while providing hands on tutelage, supplier and industry seminars and webinars, chats with industry professionals, and continuous education. A student has the option of adding on GDS studies as well.
Once the student has graduated from Career Quest Training, the student will then partner with Travel Planners International at any commission level. They will also have the option of taking advantage of the TPI exclusive Mentor Program if they so desire.
