Agents earn 15 percent commission on gross sales, without a monthly sales commitment and regardless of their monthly sales totals. With the Air Rescue Partners program, agents earn 18 percent commission on all sales that are more than $10,000 per month, and 21 percent on monthly sales if they are more than $50,000.
