The Travel Corporation (TTC) has launched a new training platform, the TTC Agent Academy, that showcases its four core brands — Trafalgar, Contiki, Insight Vacations, and Uniworld Boutique River Cruise Collection — through a series of interactive learning modules.
Created with the aim of facilitating sales, the new eLearning platform aims to help travel agents build their knowledge of the TTC family of brands. Encompassing The Trafalgar Academy, ContikiU, Insight Tour Specialist, and Uniworld River Cruise Specialist, all brand programs provide content that’s accessible online 24/7.
Currently comprising four introductory courses of immersive information, TTC’s eLearning program will be updated at frequent intervals, across each of the four brands. Upon successful completion of each module, agents can access downloadable certificates of accreditation.
