Brett Tollman, Global CEO of The Travel Corporation, announced that effective July 1, Joe Maloney, Vice President Sales for Insight Vacations, will be taking on the new global role of Vice President Customer Engagement for The Travel Corporation.
In this new position, Maloney’s responsibilities will be two-fold. He will work directly with The Travel Corporation’s Senior Brand Executives across all markets to define and implement company vision relating to loyalty, customer service, customer experience and value with the objective of improving customer satisfaction. He will also work with agency partners to enhance relationships with key accounts through services and applications designed to make partnerships more efficient, effective and profitable.
