Travel Impressions Honors Top Agencies and Consortia

Travel Impressions reports it honored its top performing agencies and consortia partners at its 17th Annual “Best of the Best” gala event held Nov. 14 – 17, 2012 at the Paradisus Playa del Carmen, La Perla, in Riviera Maya, Quintana Roo, Mexico.
“

Best of the Best” honors are bestowed on a limited number of agencies that are top performers for Travel Impressions. The four day conference included presentations by senior Travel Impressions leadership focused on social media, digital marketing and web optimization. Additionally, agents were able to participate in a private tradeshow and networking sessions with a broad group of key supplier partners.

The “Best of the Best” welcome dinner was hosted by the Cancún Convention & Visitors Bureau and The Riviera Maya Destination Marketing Office. It included an appearance by the Governor of the State of Quintana Roo Roberto Borge Angulo.

Other sponsored events included a dinner reception by the Dominican Republic Ministry of Tourism, a gala cocktail reception hosted by the Mexico Tourism Board, a golf tournament at Playacar Golf Club and spa visits to YHI Spa. 
Travel Impressions said it is supporting the Cancun Convention and Visitors Bureau’s special events activities taking place now through Dec. 21, 2012 which explore Cancun’s culture and heritage.
