A new division within Travel Leaders Corporate will customize meetings and incentive travel programs for a wide range of businesses both domestically and internationally.
The new unit – “Connections – a Meetings & Events Company by Travel Leaders” - underscores Travel Leaders Corporate' ability to plan and execute conferences, conventions and incentive travel programs of any size, the company said. Miami-based Travel Leaders Corporate is a division of Travel Leaders Group.
“Our meetings and incentives travel planning services have long been available to clients and non-clients, alike. However, by creating a separate division with a new name, we are able to better highlight our ability to ‘connect’ meetings participants of all stripes with current and potential new clients,” said Travel Leaders Corporate President David Holyoke.
Travel Leaders Corporate’s “Connections” offers clients one-on-one assistance in budgeting, planning, and executing a wide range of program options, the firm said. Utilizing its ability to book group air through Travel Leaders Corporate, GDS-skilled agents can negotiate air agreements and compare rates to ensure clients receive the best overall value.
The “Connections” software program also encompasses event registration, surveys, hotel room blocks, and meeting manager reporting all in one for the client and its program participants.
“Connections" also offers hotel sourcing and consulting, including offering its prospective clients options in deciding where they’d like to host their meeting. Working directly with a client’s top cities and hotel choices, Connections negotiates directly with the properties to determine optimal costs and other factors, and then presents the customer with options.
At the same time, Travel Leaders Corporate has expanded its Travel Leaders Global platform with a new partnership with RADIUS, Travel Leaders Corporate reports. The partnership enables Travel Leaders Corporate to provide its clients with access to the RADIUS agency network in 80 countries under the Travel Leaders Global brand.
