Trisept Solutions has announced Xcelerator, a new solution that allows travel agents to serve their customers and run their businesses through one secure platform. Through an affiliation with WayBlazer, Xcelerator will leverage IBM Watson’s cognitive search technology to deliver agents the tools they need to provide highly personalized vacation recommendations to their clients.
Trisept Solutions is the travel technology firm that developed and operates VAXVacationAccess.
Xcelerator integrates business management and customer engagement functions into a single platform, along with connections to leading travel industry suppliers. The system will enable agents to organize, automate and synchronize sales, marketing and customer services on an easy-to-use dashboard accessible on desktops and tablet devices.
In February 2016, Xcelerator will include research and book functionality powered by IBM Watson, accessed through travel search and discovery company WayBlazer. Agents will have access to a wide variety of land-based vacations, cruise sailings, river cruises and escorted tour itineraries across the globe, along with curated preferences and booking capabilities to deliver unique experiences for their customers’ vacations.
Xcelerator will launch on November 30, 2015, at no cost to agents. Beginning in February 2016, when Xcelerator rolls out research and booking capabilities with advanced and integrated CRM functions, introductory pricing will be $20 per month or $200 per year for a single user.
