Expands Training Opportunities for Agents's Training and Member Development team has expanded its free training opportunities through more in-office, virtual and on-demand classes, along with new offerings at its 12th International Conference & Trade Show

“Through the first half of this year alone, we have already ‘touched’ our members more than 35,000 times through our many training venues, including more than 140 office visits and 125 virtual classes,” said Steve Tracas,’s president & CEO.

The team has personally trained more than 550 agents already in 2010 through in-office instructional visits. The setting allows members to be educated directly on any program, including the latest enhancements to Engagement and EZguider.

The training department offers virtual courses over the Web with a live instructor; on-demand e-learning; supplier product webinars and classes on topics such as social media or Google rankings. All training is included within a membership.
