In 2013, VAX VacationAccess will introduce agent certification programs that will help agents become experts on many of the vacation products available on the platform. The first one will be launched in March hosted by Oasis Hotels and Resorts.
The new programs build on a successful 2012, in which VAX’s training programs educated more than 9,500 travel agents during the year.
