Scotland is celebrating the 251st birthday of poet Robert Burns with the launch of its new seven-day Burns Trail.
The trail starts in Robert Burns country in Ayrshire and travels to Culloden Battlefield near Inverness. The trail covers links to his life and journeys while taking a traveler through classic Scottish scenery.
