Guests staying at Il Salviatino, a hand-restored, 15th century, 44-room villa in Florence, Italy, can now book the hotel’s Spring Offer, representing savings of 20 percent off the best available room rates.
Closed annually during the winter, ll Salviatino will reopen for season March 29, with exclusive offers on its mix of guest rooms and suites.
The Spring Offer is available for guests who book a minimum three-night stay and applies to Deluxe rooms, Dome View Deluxe rooms, Junior Suites, Greenhouse Junior Suites and Dome View Junior Suites.
Rates start at $469 per night for a Double Deluxe room. Booking for the Spring Offer is available through June 21, and is valid for travel from March 29 to June 21.
Also, exclusive experiences can be booked by all guests at Il Salviatino including cooking classes in a private mansion hidden among the Tuscan vineyards; truffle hunting on the property grounds; tastings at private wineries; hot air balloon rides and personalized photo tours.
The hotel also offers a “Florentine Artisans” package, which includes a three-hour workshop with an artisan paper conservator, who will not only unveil the secrets of his trade, but also under his precise instructions, teach guests how to create their own notebook, folder and marbled Florentine paper. The package also includes a guided walking tour of the city, visiting its best artisans workshops.
Il Salviatino also turned to famed perfume house, AquaFlor, located in Florence’s Santa Croce District, to create a unique perfume making workshop for guests. The workshop is led by a master perfumer who guides each person in creating their personal Eau de Parfum, taking home a bottle of their creation as a keepsake.
