SuperClubs Debuts New Agent Website

SuperClubs resorts recently launched a new agent website, SuperAgent Concierge, on September 13 and Travel Agent spoke with the company’s director of marketing to find out what to expect from the site in the future.

Matthew Tippins, director of marketing for SuperClubs, told us that SuperClubs has maintained a network of agent-facing websites for various purposes. The company’s incentive program was accessed from one site, the WebLink program from another site and all were becoming dated.

The usefulness of each site started and ended at the single reason they accessed the site (claim incentive and leave, get the company’s WebLink code and leave, etc.).

“We’ve collected all of these separate sites and rolled them up into one master website for travel agents,” Tippins told us. “In addition to being able to access our existing agency programs (CA$H Online incentive program, WebLink program, The Certified SuperAgent Course and more). We now give agents direct access to the SuperClubs sales representative in their territory.”

The site has a profile page for each representative with their photo, contact info, a brief bio, coverage map of their territory, a feed of each rep’s Facebook page for SuperClubs and more. The site has also given travel agents access to the company’s promotional flyers that they can download and customize with their own contact information.

“As we’ve only just soft launched the site, our registration numbers are slow (to start),” Tippins told us, however noting that numbers are projected to be in the thousands by mid-October.

In the near future, SuperClubs is going to launch a video contest inviting agents to submit their videos via YouTube telling the company about their experience with SuperClubs, its new certification program, the new Concierge website and more.

Winning videos will be posted to the homepage of the SuperAgent Concierge website and on the Featured Channel page of Travel Agent Central.

Tippins says the company is also adding events to the site. Each Sales Rep will have upcoming agent familiarization trips posted on their profile pages. Agents can sign up for these familiarization trips and view videos, photos and blogs from past ones.

Other plans call for building a communication platform from this site allowing SuperClubs to send regular and triggered electronic messages to registered agents directly from their respective SuperClubs rep inviting them to events, announcing new programs, deals, offers and news before they are released publicly. Also, agents’ production (through the company’s incentive program) will be accessible through this site; pre-registration will be available in the future, allowing agents to pre-register their arriving customers saving them time on-island; and the company also has plans of going mobile with the Concierge site so that agents can access the tools and features anywhere at any time.

“Our goal with this site is to connect agents with our sales team located throughout the country and to create an engaging website that’s easy to use and packed with the tools and materials agents need to sell our collection of hotels and resorts,” Matthew Tippins, director of marketing for SuperClubs, told Travel Agent. “This site was designed and developed with the travel agent in mind. We look forward to adapting this website to all of the latest in web and mobile technologies as they become available.”
