Tokyo Disneyland Reopens

Disney Magic in the Sky, Tokyo DisneylandTokyo Disneyland, which suspended operations on March 12, has reopened. Following the devastating earthquake and tsunami that struck northeast Japan last month, the park will donate ¥300 ($3.62) per guest, along with the proceeds from the sale of charity wrist bands available in the park, to the Japanese Red Cross in order to aid in relief efforts.

The park is resuming its operating hours of 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.,while working to reduce power consumption. It wil resume Cirque du Soleil ("ZED") performances on Saturday, April 23. Upon arrival, visitors can consult the Park Information Board for the day's show schedules. Tickets now available for sale include the 1-Day Passport, 2-Day Passport, Senior Passport and Group Passport.
