It’s a new year and with the start of each year comes Wave Season. Here’s a list of the latest deals for travel agents.
For Wave Season, MSC Cruises is extending its offer of 18 percent flat commission for all 2015/2016 Caribbean Group Bookings on MSC Divina to Jan. 31, 2015.
In addition to the commission offer, groups will receive:
-Up to $100 shipboard credit per stateroom
-1 for 13 tour conductors
-Waiver of Good Faith Deposit until March 31
-Two Amenity Points
The offer is good for groups sailing between November 11, 2015, and April 9, 2016, on MSC Divina.
MSC Cruises is also celebrating Wave Season with perks including up to $200 in shipboard credits, beverage packages and reduced deposits to its Inclusive Experiences categories.
Shipboard credits can be used for items such as specialty restaurants, spa treatments or shops onboard. Additionally, children 11 and under sail free on all applicable Wave Season bookings.
Value-added benefits are based on the “Inclusive Experience” category and stateroom selected. Benefits include the following:
Bella Experience: Ocean view or balcony staterooms receive up to $50 per stateroom to spend on board and reduced deposits of $100 per person.
Fantastica Experience: Ocean view or balcony staterooms receive up to $100 per stateroom to spend on board, reduced deposits of $100 per person, and a drink package consisting of 12 vouchers per person for alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages that can be used throughout the cruise.
In addition, Fantastica Experience guests always receive a premium location stateroom; priority choice of early or late dining; 50 percent off all fitness classes and personal training; free delivery of room service between 6 a.m. – 11 p.m.; and enhanced recreational activities for children including cooking and foreign language classes.
Aurea Experience and MSC Yacht Club: Balcony staterooms and suites receive up to $200 per stateroom to spend on board and reduced deposits of $100 per person.
In addition, Aurea Experience guests always receive “My Choice Dining” flexible times; priority boarding; an all-inclusive beverage package; a spa package; access to the exclusive adults only Top 18 sun deck; and all the perks associated with the Fantastica experience.
MSC Yacht Club guests always enjoy an all-inclusive VIP club level experience with priority check-in and check-out reception; signature Butler service; dedicated 24-hour concierge; exclusive Top Sail lounge and pool; 24/7 complimentary alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available within the Yacht Club area; and a private MSC Yacht Club restaurant.
MSC’s Wave Season promotion applies to select Caribbean, Bermuda, Europe, Canary Islands, and Transatlantic Grand Voyage sailings that are 5 days or longer and booked between Jan. 1, 2015 and Feb. 15, 2015.

Norwegian Cruise Line
Norwegian Cruise Line is starting off Wave Season with a new Freestyle Choice offer.
Those who book a new five-day or longer cruise vacation in an oceanview stateroom or higher now through January 31, 2015 can select one, two or three offers—a Free Ultimate Dining Package, a Free Ultimate Beverage Package or up to $300 to spend on board. (Inside and Studio cabins are excluded from this offer.)
During Norwegian’s Freestyle Choice, guests who book any destination in an oceanview stateroom or higher can select one offer. Guests who book a cruise vacation in Europe or Hawaii in an oceanview stateroom or higher can choose any two offers. (Ultimate Beverage Package will be substituted for an Air Credit on Hawaii sailings.) Norwegian guests who book a suite or The Haven by Norwegian will receive all three offers, valued at up to $2,000.
This Wave Season, Norwegian’s Freestyle Choice gives guests the chance to sample a different specialty restaurant every night of their cruise with the Ultimate Dining Package. The Ultimate Dining Package provides guests with the option to dine at any of the brand’s signature specialty restaurants, such as Cagney’s steakhouse or Le Bistro. Guests who select the Ultimate Beverage Package during Norwegian’s Freestyle Choice can enjoy wine, beer and cocktails throughout their entire cruise. Norwegian’s Freestyle Choice will provide those who prefer spa treatments, shopping, casino gaming, shore excursions and more with up to $300 to spend on board.
