Effective immediately Sunny Land Tours, based in Palm Coast, Fla., has resigned its membership in the United States Tour Operators Association (USTOA) and as such no longer participates in the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program, the USTOA advises.
USTOA President Terry Dale advised travelers and travel agents that deposits or payments made prior to August 1, 2011 for purchases of Sunny Land Tours products are fully protected under the USTOA $1 Million Travelers Assistance Program. Client payments thereafter will not be covered by the USTOA program.
“Sunny Land Tours has been a valued member of USTOA, and we look forward to welcoming the company back to the association in the future,” Dale added.
