Overall, the cost of a business trip is rising, according to data from American Express’ recent 2008 Global Business Travel Forecast. The company finds that the cost per domestic trip in 2008 should go up $63 to $1,110, while internationally, costs are expected to rise by $205 per trip to $3,171.
