Classic Vacations has launched a newly redesigned website and is offering travel agents a $25 bonus for every booking they make between now and January 15, 2017.
Company officials say the new website is faster and easier to use, allowing agents to search for individual hotels and sort by specific property attributes. Booking options now include multiple rooms and itineraries, as well.
On the sales and marketing side, the new Wanderlist function can be used to create an online “wish list” that clients and agents can use to help build an itinerary, with proposals themed to traveler needs — a romantic Caribbean escape, or a family trip to Mexico, for example. Speed and navigation on Classic Vacations’ Private Label agent marketing sites have also been improved. Further enhancements are promised in the coming months.
Every qualified booking completed and paid online through January 15, 2017, on the new website will earn agents a $25 prepaid card, said Amy Logan, director of online marketing for Classic Vacations. “In addition to offering the best possible online experience, we wanted to remind (travel agents) how much we appreciate their interest in the new website, and their patience while we worked to get it up and running,” she said.
Classic offers tours, excursions and accommodations ranging from mid-tier to luxury in Australia, Canada, the Caribbean, Costa Rica, Dubai, Europe, Fiji, Hawaii, the Maldives, Mexico, New Zealand, the Seychelles, and Tahiti.
