GOGO Vacations Increases Commissions

travel agentGOGO Vacations reports the rollout of its “Travel Agents First” program on January 1, 2015, including a new commission structure, which will reward agents with up to 25 percent more than what they were earning previously.

Travel agents will be compensated based on the following engagement tiers:

  • Booking Agents, with annual sales of up to $99,999, will receive up to a 2 percent increase in commission
  • Partner Agents, with annual sales from $100,000 to $999,999, will see the biggest increase and receive up to a 3 percent increase in commission.
  • Premier Agents, with annual sales of $1,000,000 and higher, will receive up to a 2 percent increase in commission

In addition to the commission structure, GOGO Vacations said it will be investing in increased educational sessions, operational tools, familiarization trips, domestic and international learning conferences and marketing fulfillment services.

Each level will contain a suite of benefits; the specifics for Booking, Partner and Premier Agents will be released in the New Year, GOGO says. Additional programs and incentives will be unveiled throughout 2015 as part of the “Travel Agents First” campaign, such as “Ready, Set, Go!” monthly promotions, offering additional commission bonuses of up to 5 percent.

“We want to reward agents directly and generously,” said Randy Alleyne, president of GOGO Vacations.

More details will be available directly through a local GOGO Vacations business development manager or GOGO Vacations office, GOGO says.
