National Geographic Expeditions Selects PEAK 15 Technology

National Geographic Expeditions, the travel program of the National Geographic Society, has selected PEAK 15 Systems technology to power its reservation system.

“We needed a system that was web-based and had comprehensive customer relationship management and revenue management capabilities. PEAK 15 also offered the flexibility to make the customizations required by our unique business structure and to integrate with our tour operator partners internal systems -allowing them to easily access the information they need while securing information they don’t need. PEAK 15 met all of those requirements and more.” Lynn Cutter, Senior Vice President, Travel and Business Development, National Geographic Society said.

National Geographic Expeditions joins a growing community of the world's tour operators at PEAK 15, James O’Leonard, Founder and CEO of PEAK 15 Systems said. “The community continues to capture the attention of Microsoft, our technology partner, who recently published a case study of PEAK 15 on Microsoft.com.”
