Tauck Opens Select 2013 Land Programs Early

Tauck reports it has just opened 20 of its most popular European and North American trips for booking. The announcement of pricing and departure dates for the nearly two dozen 2013 journeys comes up to five months earlier than in prior years, with the finalized information now posted on Tauck’s website, Tauck said.

“For 87 years we’ve devoted ourselves to continually improving our guests’ experiences, and that focus has always extended beyond the experiences our guests’ enjoy on their actual tours and cruises,” said Tauck CEO Dan Mahar. “We want to deliver exceptional service from the moment our guests begin to plan their journeys, and providing information early on some of our most popular itineraries –  in our two most popular destinations – is a great way to better serve our guests and our agents.”

The 20 land journeys now open for booking include seven European trips to Italy, France, Spain and Portugal, ranging from a pair of eight-day tours from Tauck’s “A Week In…” series to two 14-day trips, “Classic Italy” and “Spain and Portugal.” The 13 North American trips span a wide range of destinations, from the Canadian Rockies to the mid-Atlantic region of the U.S., and from a cultural immersion in Hawaii to a wintertime exploration of Yellowstone National Park.
