Sheri Pasternak has joined the Travel Impressions team as senior director of field sales. Pasternak will be responsible for managing the Travel Impressions outside sales team.
Pasternak has more than 25 years of experience in the travel and cruise industry. She began her career as a corporate travel agent and soon thereafter assumed leadership roles at two major consortiums – GEM and Cruiselink. As the youngest president within the consortium industry, Pasternak launched the “first-ever” cruise consortium.
GEM and Cruiselink were acquired by Vacation.com in 1998, and Pasternak moved over to the supplier side by joining The Big Red Boat as national account director. Pasternak then made the transition to the Royal Caribbean family of cruise brands, where she held the position of strategic account manager for Royal Caribbean, prior to being promoted to director of sales with Celebrity Cruises.
Pasternak began on March 9, and will operate out of Travel Impressions’ headquarters in Farmingdale, NY.
