AirTran Airways to Operate Seasonal Service to Bermuda

Flatts Village, BermudaStarting next spring, AirTran Airways will operate nonstop seasonal service to Bermuda's L.F. Wade International Airport from Baltimore and Atlanta.

Daily service will begin April 7, 2011, from Baltimore/Washington Thurgood Marshall International Airport and last through October 24, 2011. Service will begin May 26, 2011 from Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and end September 6, 2011.

Flight 1811 between Baltimore/Washington and Bermuda will depart at 12:55 p.m. and arrive at 4:15 p.m. From Bermuda, Flight 1812 will depart at 5:05 p.m. and arrive at 6:40 p.m. Flight 1815 from Atlanta will depart at 10:20 a.m. to arrive in Bermuda at 2:20 p.m. Departing Bermuda at 3:10 p.m., Flight 1816 will arrive in Atlanta at 5:20 p.m.

Through Baltimore/Washington and Altanta, connections to Bermuda will be available from more than 45 cities throughout the airline's network, including New York, Boston, Orlando and Milwaukee, among others. Other Caribbean destinations include Aruba, Cancun, Jamaica's Montego Bay, Nassau in the Bahamas and Punta Cana, Dominican Republic.
