American Eagle Boosts Winter Service from Miami

Cleveland, OHBeginning November 18, American Eagle Airlines will increase daily nonstop service from Miami to 10 additional cities, including two new flights to Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. This addition will follow the addition of service between Miami and Gainesville Regional Airport in Gainesville, FL, debuting October 1.

Flights to Cleveland will depart Miami at 8:40 a.m. and 8 p.m., arriving in Ohio at 11:30 a.m. and 10:55 p.m., respectively. From Cleveland, flights will leave at 6:30 a.m. to arrive at 9:35 a.m. and also at 5:20 p.m., arriving at 8:20 p.m. The departure at 6:30 a.m. will begin November 19.

American Eagles' daily flights from Miami will also include Columbus, OH, Gainesville and Jacksonville, FL; Indianapolis, and Pittsburgh. During the seasonal service through April 4, 2011, flights will include routes to Louisville, KY; Greensboro, SC, Knoxville and Memphis, TN; and Richmond, VA.

For the winter travel season, the Miami International Airport will complete construction of its North Terminal for American Eagle to move into. Later this month, the airline will movie its departure lounge from Gate D35 to gates D53, D55 and D60.
