Brussels Airlines Adds Flights to Armenia for 2017

Beginning March 2017, Brussels Airlines will fly to and from Yerevan, Armenia. Flights will depart once per week year-round, while an additional flight will be added during July and August.

This will mark the first time Belgium and Brussels Airport will have a direct flight to Armenia. With the new direct flights, Brussels Airlines said it is responding to market demand from Armenians living in Belgium and neighboring countries. The new route is also beneficial for tour operators and travel agents who specialize in vacations to Armenia.

Flights leave Brussels on Fridays all year and Tuesdays during July and August on an Airbus A320; return flights from Yerevan depart on Saturdays all year and Wednesday during July and August.

The schedule allows connections to other Brussels Airlines destinations in France, Switzerland, Germany, Poland, Scandinavia, Spain, Italy and the U.K., while connections to the U.S. and Canada are possible in the mornings.

Flights can be booked via travel agencies or on www.brusselsairlines.com (starting mid-October).
