On Call International and Travel Insured Link Up

Emergency medical assistance provider, On Call International has formed a partnership with insurance company Travel Insured International. The new deal will promote safe travel and offer travel protection products. Travel Insured, On Call’s former client of six years, will return to On Call’s multi-lingual crisis team on standby to manage medical, travel and security emergencies, 24/7/365.

Travel Insured customers will receive customer service for medical referrals or evacuations, prescription replacements and accommodation assistance, On Call says. Travelers who become sick or injured will be monitored and evaluated by On Call’s in-house physicians accessible around the clock. Also, as part of the new partnership, On Call’s 24/7-call center will now be responsible for Travel Insured’s after-hours sales calls and customer service inquiries.
