Classic Vacations Protects Clients with Mexicana Tickets

Classic Vacations is protecting its clients who have booked flights with Mexicana Airlines, which has ceased sales activities and limited all of Mexicana Airlines sales channels from offering flights, taking bookings and issuing tickets.

In a proactive effort, Classic will contact all agents with affected bookings to assist with customer service. All un-ticketed passengers will have the full value of their original fare applied toward new flights booked through Classic, without penalty. Customers are subject to any increase in the new fare.

Ticketed passengers who purchased the Classic Travel Smart Plan or the Classic Waiver with their original booking will have the value of their original Mexicana Airline ticket toward the purchase of a new flight through classic.
