Despite its bankruptcy filing, Delta Air Lines on Friday sought permission from a U.S. court to finalize an order to buy 30 CRJ900 aircrafts. The jets, slated to replace planes flying in Atlanta, New York and Cincinnati, will begin arriving in September and through February 2010, reported Air Transport World Online.
