Eos Adds Second Daily JFK-London Flight

With June load factors at 72 percent, Eos Airlines said it will add a second daily flight between New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport and London's Stansted Airport, starting September 8. The twice-daily flights will be operated Sunday through Friday, with only one flight from each airport on Saturday. Eos' new Sunday-Friday schedule offers flights outbound from New York at 7:15 p.m. and 9:00 p.m. arriving in London the next morning at 7:40 a.m. and 9 a.m., respectively. Flights from London will depart at 10:40 a.m. and 7 p.m. Sunday through Friday, arriving in New York at 1:25 p.m. and 9:45 p.m. On Saturdays, Eos will operate flights outbound from New York at 7:15 p.m. and outbound from London at 10:40 a.m. Eos, which has joined the Airline Reporting Corporation (ARC) and IATA's Billing and Settlement Plan in the United Kingdom (BSP UK) as a participating carrier, is available for electronic ticketing immediately across Sabre, Galileo, and Apollo—with Amadeus and Worldspan to follow in August, the airline said.
