Eurail is now offering Eurail Global Pass holders free mobile roaming again this year.

This will help customers to stay connected with friends while traveling in Europe. Customers will have access to a number of SIM cards that will allow customers to have unlimited, free incoming calls and 200 minutes of free Wi-Fi from selected premium hotspots across Europe.

Adaptable for all SIM card types, each card comes pre-loaded with 18 Euros of credit, but pass holders can opt to choose from 100 minutes of free international calls, 100MB of data or 300 text messages.

"Using the Eurail SIM card is up to ten times cheaper than standard roaming fees. Passengers can benefit from competitive rates across all 28 Eurail Pass countries in Europe, and not worry about returning home to an unpleasant, expensive phone bill with excessive roaming charges," said Silvia Görlach, sales and marketing manager of Eurail Group G.I.E.

The cards will be available until September 30, 2015 or until stocks last. Pass riders should register their details on www.eurail-roaming.com. The card takes six to 11 days to arrive.
