Island Air Adds Charter Longhaul Service

Honolulu-based Island Air is expanding beyond interisland service to provide charter service between Hawaii and the mainland U.S. The company has launched charter service using a Bombardier Challenger business jet able to seat up to nine passengers. The aircraft is fitted with six leather recliners and a three-piece settee that converts to a twin bed. In Honolulu, passengers receive limousine transfers to the airport.
