JetBlue and Singapore Airlines Partner to Offer More Flights From JFK

JetBlue Airways and Singapore Airlines have announced that it will now be possible for customers to book a single combined ticket with one stop check-in and baggage transfer between both airlines, as well as new services from the United States to Europe and Asia.

Singapore Airlines offers business class service from Newark to Changi International Airport in Singapore every day, making it the world’s longest nonstop commercial flight. The airline also flies from New York JFK Airport to Singapore via Frankfurt and starting January 16, 2012, it will be including the A380 superjumbo jet on its daily service from JFK Airport. Customers also have access to a network of flight connections to destinations from Singapore Changi Airport, including Bali, Jakarta, Manila and more. Singapore Airlines operates more than 100 aircraft and covers 103 cities in 39 countries.

JetBlue offers more than 150 daily flights, is one of the largest domestic airlines at New York JFK Airport, and offers non-stop service to cities such as Boston, Chicago, Houston, Los Angeles, Seattle and more. It also offers service from Newark to Boston, Ft. Lauderdale and Orlando.

Customers will be able to buy the combined tickets through their travel agents, online or by calling Singapore Airlines’ reservations call center.
