JetBlue Expands New England-Florida Service

Agents with clients who live in New England and have a preference for traveling to Florida (or connecting to the Caribbean and/or Mexico from the Sunshine State) should take note of JetBlue's new service at Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Hartford, CT. Effective November 17, 2010, the carrier will launch twice daily nonstop service from Hartford to both Fort Lauderdale and Orlando. Flights are available for as low as $69  each way  through Friday, April 30 for travel between November 30 and December 15.

Flights bound for Fort Lauderdale depart Connecticut at 7:20 a.m. and 4:10 p.m., arriving in Florida at 10:40 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. respectively. Flights back to Hartford from Fort Lauderdeal depart at 11:15 a.m. and 7:50 p.m., landing in Connecticut at 2:15 p.m. and 10:50 p.m. respectively.

Orlando-bound service leave Hartford at 8:45 a.m. and 3 p.m., landing in Florida at 11:55 a.m. and 6:10 p.m. respectively. Return flights depart Orlando at 12: 40 p.m. and 6:55 p.m., arriving in Connecticut at 3:25 p.m. and 0:40 p.m. respectively. 

Bradley is New England's second-largest airport. It will be JetBlue's 63rd destination and its first in Connecticut. The carrier also serves the region in Burlington, VT; Portland, ME; and Boston.
